My name is Ian Garnett from New Zealand. I have been making models since I was very young and get a great deal of satisfaction from the hobby – it is an exceptionally relaxing pastime! My main interests are modern soviet equipment, New Zealand vehicles of all eras and modern artillery. I served in the Royal New Zealand Artillery and developed a keen interest in artillery from around the world. The G6 (pictured) is one of the finest looking self propelled guns built (in my humble opinion). The G6 is my first kit of a South African manufactured piece of hardware and I also have the G5 towed 155mm howitzer in my stash, waiting to be built!
