Order by Post
Send your order by post to 30 Degrees South UK Ltd - 8 Turnstone Close, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV23 0WF.. If you write out your order please print clearly and include quantity, item description and item cost. Print your name and delivery address clearly and include payment. If you are paying by cheque, please make the cheque payable to 30 Degrees South UK Ltd.
How you can pay
We accept payment through PayPal from the followingcards: Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta. We also accept Bankers draft in Pounds Sterling, Postal orders, Cheques (£ Pounds Sterling only) and Cash (send by recorded delivery). Please allow 21 days for delivery if paying by cheque.

How orders are processed
We aim to deliver your order right away. Certain items may take longer (if out of stock). Orders placed at the weekend are processed on the next working day. This is usually Monday with the exception of Bank Holidays.
Refunds
If any books or DVDs need to be returned for a refund please repackage them carefully and enclose your details and an explanatory note. Postage will not be refunded in certain cases.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange goods please repackage them carefully and enclose a note with your address, action to be taken and a repeat postage charge. If your order was faulty upon receipt or incorrectly supplied by 30 Degrees South UK then no postage charge need be enclosed.

UK INLAND OPTIONS
We use a variety of services and carriers to ensure the best options for our
customers. Lighter packages will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class, recorded
or special delivery if insurance is required. Heavier packages use courier
services. As a rule of thumb, heavier packages are automatically insured
against loss.
OVERSEAS OPTIONS (Please contact us regarding overseas, non-UK purchases)
Priority mail - typically takes 4-7 working days.
Economy mail - typically takes 7-12 working days.
Surface mail - typically takes 2-12 weeks.
Standard mail - typically takes 10-21 working days
Courier shipping - typically takes 2 working days.
Books sent via priority mail can be insured if outside North America;
courier shipping is automatically insured, and is the only insured option
available for shipments going to North America.
