30 Degrees South UK - Who Are We?
30 Degrees South UK is the UK’s leading distributor of books relating to Africa; ranging from military history to political commentary, fictional writing through to biographies and, of course, irreverent African humour! Formed in January 2008, 30 Degrees South UK was established by Steve Crump and Bill Welsh in partnership with Chris and Kerrin Cocks of Johannesburg.
Our vision is to deliver to our readers the best in historical and contemporary African literature accompanied by a progressive programme of new title launches, author readings and once a year, the chance to meet like minded readers at our annual drinks reception. Details of all events will be placed on the website. So do check in from time to time.
