30 Degrees South UK - Who Are We?
30 Degrees South UK is the UK’s leading distributor of books relating to conflict in Africa; ranging from ancient African conflicts through to the world wars and modern wars of succession. It also embraces strategy, tactics and wargaming. 30 Degrees South UK was established in 2008 by Steve Crump and Bill Welsh working in partnership with Chris and Kerrin Cocks of Johannesburg.

Our vision is to deliver to our readers the best in African conflict and military history - from campaign analysis, unit histories, geo-political contexts, the experience of soldiers and civilians alike on the battlefield and in the battlespace. Furthermore, we work to deliver a progressive programme of author readings and once a year, the chance to meet like minded readers at our annual drinks reception.
